The D-Tox series will document my journey to being fit, healthy and in shape in La La Land.
Weight loss and Fitness can make us all feel defeated just by being mentioned in regular conversations but I have to decide let it challenge me to stay dedicated to an ongoing goal that I’ve had for the majority of my adult life. At first my goal was to be active (go to the gym) three times a week. But that began to a simple task that I could just breeze through.
Accountability is Key when it comes to being in shape and healthy. I realized pretty early on this year that I needed someone to stay on me about my eating and workouts. I want to see results. The biggest challenge has been my eating habits. I am a FOODIE!
I just concluded my second week of training with The Ryan Kelly and I feel great just tired for the most part. My workouts are Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 5:30 am. It is tough to get up at 4:45 on those days but it sets the tone for my work days during the week.
My weight at the beginning of the program was 161.4. My weight goal is 145-150. Let’s just say that after two week my butt gained some weight and or muscle as I want to believe which left me at 163.2. I think that going forward I won’t worry about what the scale says and focus on how my clothing fits.

Thanks for motivating me to get my butt up and do some kind of workout. I’m not ready for a trainer yet (scurred) but I need to get active!

Girlllll It gets tough but its definitely worth it when it comes to results. But the first part is getting active!
