After attending a Grand Opening of a local Boutique here in Charlotte, I came across a beautiful embroidered maxi dress that was to die for!!! But it was wayyyy out of my budget… $120 worth. I knew after looking at the tag that I couldn’t afford it. Every since then I have been on the hunt for a similar dress.

After going on my “daily” mall shopping trip… there it was a shorter version of the dress I saw. Only thing that was it was $100. Only $20 cheaper though… blah. But then I remembered I could use a 20% Off in-store coupon so that helped. I mean I love love love this dress. It so whimsical and dainty. Definitely a must for my fellow flower children at heart.

My bag is from Forever 21. A good ole palm leaf to remind me that warm days, beach and sand are in my future thank God! I love my weekly trips to Forever 21. Sometimes I find gems sometimes I leave with nothing and I am okay with that.

Prestos… My Nike Prestos are the most comfortable sneaker that I own and if you follow me on IG you’ve seen the four I’ve purchased within the last 4 months. They paired perfectly with this look and gave it a more laid back look. I could definitely wear this to brunch with friends or to the mall. More details on this look below!
