I’ve been talking about the Paper Bag Waist Trend for a few months now and I was just finally able to find a pair that I really liked.

I probably could’ve gone down a size but it still gives you the right vibes as far as the trend goes.
The last few weeks have been a doozy for me with my move and have literally put me in my place when it comes to patience. My original move date was Friday August 4th… and today is August 7th and I’m writing this post in NC.

As you could imagine my apartment won’t be ready until next week and I have my fingers crossed because even that date wasn’t in stone. But before I could let that delay steal my joy I made sure I could fit in some blog photos before my car was picked up and headed to California!

This is one of my favorite looks. Because the top is a play off structured overalls but very sexy. I can’t wait to actually wear it out on the town. It has adjustable straps so it’s easy to give more side boob or an oversized look if you’d like.

I paired this look with the biggest trend out right now, Paper Bag Waist pants from SheInside. I’ll admit the shipping did take a week or two which a little long for my taste but definitely worth the wait. Outside of this look I will probably Style these pants with a bodysuit to create a nice coke bottle shape.

My heels are from Strut83, so happy I was finally able to wear and style them with this look. Very comfy and adorable! Make sure you check them out. My bag is from my girl Majesty’s boutique Born Majestic. My Neon Multicolor cork clutch was the perfect touch to this look, making it more playful. It’s a good size and also has a chain Strap if I don’t want to carry it as a clutch.
